Make a Claim

We first need to evaluate your transactions eligibility for Stamp Duty refund. To do this you should send a copy of your completion statement  to   info@newbuildrefund.co.uk

Once we confirm how much refund you are eligible for you will need to identify who is the lead purchaser and what is the UTRN (Unique Transaction Reference Number). This information is contained on your SDLT5 form  which your solicitor should have given to you after the purchase had completed.

Once you have the lead purchasers name and the UTRN simply complete our No Win No Fee agreement and we will make and manage your claim for a refund.
